The Council’s accounts have been sent for independent assessment as per current procedures, however, from 27th June anyone wishing to inspect these accounts can make an appointment with the Town Clerk. Please find further details on the Council noticeboards. Please note the accounts available to view are subject to external audit.
Each year the small authority’s Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) needs to be reviewed by an external auditor appointed by Small Authorities’ Audit Appointments Ltd. The unaudited AGAR has been published with this Notice of Public Rights Publication of Unaudited Annual Governance Accountability Return – TC Website . As it has yet to be reviewed by the appointed auditor, PKF Littlejohn, it is subject to change as a result of that review.
