Notice of Conclusion of Audited Annual Governance & Accountability Return ending 31st March 2018
The Council’s accounts have been independently assessed as per current procedures by the External Auditors, PKF Littlejohn. From 27th September 2018 anyone wishing to inspect the final accounts can make an appointment with the Town Clerk.
Each year the small authority’s Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) needs is reviewed by an external auditor appointed by Small Authorities’ Audit Appointments Ltd. The final accounts, which have been inspected by the external auditor are now available to view in accordance with this Notice of Conclusion of Audit AGAR year ending 31.03.2018

Any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other documents relating to those records must be made available for inspection by any person interested. For the year end 31st March 2018, these documents will be available on reasonable notice by application to:
Town Clerk, Whitchurch Town Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Whitchurch SY13 1AX
commencing on: Thursday 27th September 2018 between 2-4pm Monday to Friday
